We wonder why soccer doesn't thrive in the US, then I turn to ESPN for the Barcelona or ManU/Chelsea Champions League Quarter Finals...and what's on GOLF?! Better yet..a Par 3 Challenge? A bunch of old dudes wearing polos and goofy pants, who make someone else carry their clubs during their leisurely walk which is occasionally interrupted when they stop to hit a ball...which no one knows where it goes til another man wanders over to find it. A "sport" where the landscaping is more interesting than the athleticism being displayed and fans aren't even really supposed to cheer. At a course that just allowed its first black member in 1990 and is still "No girls allowed!" Lol..REALLY??!
